About ExpenseLM Account Deletion

At ExpenseLM, we value your data and privacy and you can always delete your account anytime.

Account Deletion Procedure

The procedure of deleting your ExpenseLM account was as follows:

• Login to ExpenseLM Web Portal or mobile app
• Navaigate to "User Settings" page
• In the "Delete Account" section, click "Delete my account"
• Confirm the account deletion (IMPORTANT: once confirmed, your account profile and all data will be deleted immediately and permanently, and the data was not recoverable)
• Wait for the account deletion to complete

ExpenseLM Data Deletion

As part of account deletion, the following data will also be deleted permanently (not recoverable):

• Expense data belongs to the account
• All receipt or invoice images that were uploaded by the account
• All user profiles (include user configuration, preference, etc.)
